Privacy Policy

We built Bangerz going global to give producers a fair, transparent place to sell beats. That includes being straight-up about what data we collect, why we need it, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to run the marketplace and pay producers. This includes:

  • Account information — email address and display name used to create your account and profile.
  • Profile information — producer bio, artist or brand name, social links and profile images you choose to upload.
  • Beat uploads — audio files, cover art, track metadata (title, BPM, key, genre tags) and licence settings.
  • Purchase information — billing email, licence tier, transaction reference and currency used to complete a sale.
  • Payout information — for producers, Stripe Connect account details and transaction history needed to send earnings.
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics such as page views and play counts to help us improve the platform.

How we use your data

Your data is used to operate the marketplace and nothing else. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Host, display and deliver beats to buyers.
  • Process payments, calculate the 7.5% platform commission, and route earnings.
  • Send essential notifications about sales, payouts and account status.
  • Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Improve performance and fix issues using anonymised usage data.

We do not sell your details

Bangerz going global makes money through a 7.5% commission on each sale. We do not, and will not, sell producer or customer details to major companies, advertisers, data brokers or any third parties. Your information is only shared where strictly necessary to complete a transaction or comply with the law.

Who we share data with

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the platform:

  • Stripe — processes all payments and producer payouts. Stripe handles payment details directly; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Cloud / database providers — host account, track and transaction data securely.
  • Legal authorities — only if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Payments and commissions

When a beat sells, we collect the full payment and automatically split it: 92.5% goes to the producer and 7.5% is retained by Bangerz going global as a hosting and marketplace fee. This commission is the only way we monetise the platform. It is shown clearly on receipts, in the producer dashboard and during checkout.

Your rights

You can update your profile, change your payout details and delete your account at any time from the producer dashboard. If you want a copy of your data, or have questions about how it is used, contact us at hello@bangerzgoingglobal.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows. If we make material changes, we will notify producers and buyers through the dashboard or by email.
